MT7628, u-boot-with-spl

Hello, I'm trying to build an image with spl for mt7628 boards.
I already built it based on mt7628_defconfig, just the defaults.
but when I start the program my log message is this.
trying to boot from nor
SPL : Image overlaps spl.
How can I fix that ?
I used the default configs for mt7621 boards and it started successfully and showed the autoboot menu.
