I can not spot a mistake in your syntax. This actually should work fine. Maybe you can start a bit simpler to narrow down where the error comes in. E.g. [subgrains,ebsd2.grainId] = calcGrains(ebsd2,'angle',LAGB);
plot(subgrains(5682).boundary)
hold on
plot(ebsd2(subgrains(5682)))
hold offto check whether the right grain / EBSD data are selected. Ralf. |

I found the problem, ebsd2 = ebsd2.gridify; with grains called after subgrains, when i changed the order of the call, my problem vanished. |

hello everybody,
i have a little problem with my PF plotting .
i am currently using mtex-5.10.2 on MATLAB R2024a
here is my problem
there is a mismatch between the grains i wan't to plot the PF and the one plotted.
here is my code :
and here comes my problem because :
but
i have a beta phase transforming in alpha phase and i don't understand what am i doing wrong
