My recommendation is to start with following the example on how to optimize parameters for reconstruction: If you only want to make the small grains disappear from sight, you may try: Your reconstruction looks generally speaking decent. I am confident optimization will improve things. For twins and initially (during measurement) misindexed orientations, perfect reconstructions are not available with any generally available method. |

After the parent phase reconstruction, some grains show poor reconstruction quality, and there are also many blank noise points. Could you please tell me if there are any better methods to improve the reconstruction quality?
