Error loading .osc file of EBSD

I have two tests of EBSD with .osc files named "scan 1.osc" and "scan 2.osc".
While I can import "scan 1.osc" file without problem, importing "scan 2.osc" file raised this error:

The logical indices contain a true value outside of the array bounds.

Please help how to resolve this issue. Sorry, the .osc files cannot be uploaded.

what happens when you export your data as .ang and import those into mtex? What software version did you use to produce the .osc?
