make my-channels list with color of channel if set

if possible,
as otherwise as of remember or call up every "my_channel channel_name"

should be in
chatcommands.lua, line 149 ?
minetest.chat_send_player(name, dump2(beerchat.playersChannels[name]))

This could make list harder to read for some not so good colors, would still work for most cases.
Thinking about things like pandorabox #offtopic here where color is black 😄

Should there be option to list without colors? Maybe not needed.
