Issue with Azure Access for Hackathon Project

I hope you’re doing well.

We’re currently working on our project for the challenge and we’re facing an issue with accessing Azure resources. When trying to create an Azure account, we received a message saying we are not eligible for a free account, and we’re not sure how to proceed.

We were advised to reach out to the challenge mentors or volunteers, so we would really appreciate your guidance on whether there is a specific way we should access Azure resources for this hackathon, or if there is any alternative we should follow.
