Integration is too chatty in Proxy Mode #6
Description
This is just an observation that will need to be considered as we integrate the Visonic Proxy.
Whilst we have 2 listeners to Alarm messages (HA and Visonic), only 1 should respond to them and the other be submissive. Obvioulsy it hsould be the HA that is the submissive one. If both talk it gets all confused.
However, if not connected to Visonic, HA should respond. In which case we need to maintain the state of connection in the integration.
