implement Purple Sunrise purity/ploidy plot

Data deposited for NYGC AAPRAD sample COL-1088-Z1

We are going to replace the png for the Purple Sunrise Purity/Ploidy with a real plot.

Currently purple_sunrise_pp.png is being shown.

Instead please use purple_sunrise.json to implement the same plot.

Each datapoint will define the lower and upper bounds for xaxes/yaxes boundaries. each point represents a rectangle. each point should be colored with the hex code defined in color.

We also want to add a red dot indicating current ploidy/purity fit. We can add that in later.

Please also keep the location of the plot the same.

@jrafailov , where can i find the sample data to use? And do you have the data structure to share? I am trying to map the data to the visual constructs, so your input is highly appreciated here.
