Thanks for a good tool for Pore-C data analyzaton.
Recently I used “sliding window Chromunity” to analysis Pore-C reads. I have two data sets from different tissues, and I want to use your software to compare whether there are differences in multi-way interactions between the two tissues.
The bases number of the two tissues are not much different, but there are differences in the results, especially in the candidate bin sets(green box). the stats results as follows.

I was worried that it was because of the data amount, so I extracted the reads of one tissue(lung) to make it consistent with the data volume of the other tissue(liver), and the results showed that there were also big differences.(red box)
So could you please help me figure out what might be the reason for this?
I look forward to your answer, you will help me a lot~
