Wrong working directory when open multiple projects in the same editor

Seems that atom-elixir will auto choose the first project as the working directory.
Indeed the project of current opening file is the correct working directory.

This is also affecting me- is it possible to start multiple code servers, one for each project?

@meyercm My current solution is open multiple windows, each window contains one project.

But I worry about this project no longer maintains by the author. I'd like to know which editor or ide can give more support to elixir.
