Loading exe's resources fails on case-sensitive filesystems

Doukutsu.exe contains paths like data/stage/PrtMimi.pbm, but the correct path is data/Stage/PrtMimi.pbm. Seems like the path is extracted from the executable, so do you see a way this could be fixed?
