Support for orthorhombic boxes?

Hi, thank you for this great resource.

At the moment, the fill_periodic_alpha_shapes supports generating point sets on a periodic cube. How would one extend this to an orthorhombic box with different box lengths in the x,y,z directions?

Is that something CGAL supports? I only see an Iso_cuboid domain example. Diode is just a wrapper around CGAL.
