Fix tags with equal meaning but with different "spelling"

Add a tool add alias for tags. Ie there are common to have both TOTALTRACKS and TRACKTOTAL. Decide that TOTALTRACKS are the "correct". In all files with TRACKTOTAL, add the tag TOTALTRACKS with the same value.
