Add Support for Marking & Filtering "Favorite" Games #55

A feature that would be nice to have would be the option for marking games as "Favorites". Ideally, this would be a new dedicated feature and you would have the ability to toggle between "ALL GAMES" & "FAVORITE GAMES".
A less complex alternative solution would be to simply add an additional "Genre" of "Favorite". This would not allow the user to Add/Flag favorite games in OpenMenu but it could be done via the existing OpenMenuDat tool on PC. Then the existing Genre filtering could be used to show only "Favorites".
