Region option missing in the Settings Menu

Describe the bug
I don't see the Region option in the settings menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Press start to bring up the settings menu and the region option is missing.

Expected behavior
I have a PAL game called Evil Twin, but I cannot change the region to be able to play it on my NTSC console. The game is displayed at the bottom of my screen.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Browser Ege

Edit:
I tried this new menu and there's no Region option either.

no settings required, just launch the game from any region and it will start
