Windows executable doesn't run

The Windows builds (both 3.1.1 and 3.1) don't open a window when run. No errors logged either.

What if you run it from cmd? Any errors there? It works just fine for me on every win10 machine I have.

There's nothing printed on the console, but the exit code is -1073741819. I'm running Win10 also.
