GIF import issue with Google doodle

Now it looks like this when loaded into PyDPainter:

Since the original GIF accumulates more than 256 colors over the animation, some of the colors flicker and fade in PyDPainter, which is locked to only 256 colors.

Although that animation looks mostly correct, this can be a bigger issue for GIFs with significantly different local palettes. For example,

(Unfortunately there's also a separate bug that it doesn't even actually look like this in PyDPainter, instead using the same palette for both frames for some reason.)

The GIF should (when needed) be decoded in full color, then each frame converted to 256 colors (although there could be a setting whether to use this method or the current method). (Also this doesn't require storing 2 copies of the animation, only the current frame.)
