portable energy interface missing "piston" face + will not transfer FE #1108
Description
the "piston" face of a portable energy interface is missing when it ISN'T on a moving contraption, it will connect to one that isn't moving but wont tranfer any FE
the above image shows the contraption on the right is inactive, neither PEIs have "faces"
now the contraption on the right is active, the PEI on the contraption is connected to the others missing face but stopping the contraption shows no change in energy to the accumulator connected to the right contraptions accumulator
the accumulators visual indicator of energy (the little gauge on the side) is at 0 while the contraption it's attached to is active but I'm not sure if thats related and/or supposed to happen normally

this is part of the modpack "create 6.0 1.7.0" by waldnetworks which includes probably 100+ other create mods, is this a known conflict with another mod that messes with portable interfaces in someway?
