Biofuel burns for only 2 minutes in Liquid Blaze Burner

In commit 0ca5477#diff-8858cfbc3083590f2727bdfbf6052e480a23f85ed8ffe27168bb412586ab4ef1, the burnTime for biofuel was reduced from 24000 to 2400, causing the time it burns for to be reduced by a factor of 10.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a bucket of biofuel to a Blaze Burner with Straw
2. Observe burn time being shorter than before the patch.

Additional context

• Mod version: 1.5.9
• Forge version: Neoforge 21.1.216
• Create version: 6.0.8

I plan to create a very small PR soon to fix this, if it is unintentional. I will mention this issue there.

If there was a better way to do this, let me know! I haven't contributed much on Github and am still learning the norms.
