Hi @gabycperezdias. I looked into it: it seems that at least in Chrome (Firefox seems to work), the extension doesn't work because of github's Content Security Policy (CSP). The dimension calculation happens in a parallel process (a web-worker) and github's CSP rules prevent the extension from spawning this web-worker.

When the extension gets enabled, the cursor gets hidden to show the measurement lines. So you see a broken state of the extension.

It would be helpful to display an error message in this case and to not hide the cursor.

But this is happening in all websites not just GH... even local images I am seeing this 🤔

I can't reproduce that it happens on all websites. For example https://www.google.com/ works for me in Chrome 144.0.7559.110.

On github I see this error in the Javascript console:
