Import media fail with accented words in filenames for refinery 2.0.5

I use the maleko update in order to import my old wordpress in my new refinery blog.

But when i try to import media with accented words in filenames, rake abort and says :
bad URI(is not URI?): http://www.mypersonaldomain.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/défilé_rallye.jpg

When i remove accented words in the XML, it works but now i have a 404 error because the file doesn't exist (it's normal).

Could we find a way to accept accented words in uri and skip the file if there is a 404 error with the log of that ?
