duplicate forms created if the call me link is clicked more than once

I have your code working on my site's contact form in the sidebar, but I have 1 problem. When I click on the image of me (call me trigger) I get multiple submission forms. Only the first one works, but I'd like to display the click the second time. I don't know jQuery, but I'll try to Google it and post back a solution if I found one.

Here is the link to my form http://B-L.co/contact but the unwanted behavior can also be seen in the vanilla example by clicking on the Call Me link.

I got it working as desired by adding the following line:
$(".call-link").off('click');

I added it right after the click event definition as follows.
// Set a click handler to run the following function when a user clicks "Call Me"
$(".call-link").click(function() {
$(".call-link").off('click');

I also have the code working. the issue I have is after clicking on the "Connect" button, if the is a problem with the account or any connection issue , the script does not display and error , it just keep saying "Connecting ...". any help would be appreciated.
