• Integrate CBIND and RBIND after review and cleanup

  CBIND and RBIND from [mrdwabmisc](https://github.com/mrdwab/mrdwabmisc) should be integrated into this package since they address other data "shaping" issues. Not too fond of the function names, nor on the dependence on `LinearizeNestedList`.
