Use Mango-cli client to talk to MangoTree

Should be able to call the server like this:

mango put key value
mango get key
mango delete key

We'll use this to flesh out the CLI commands. Current plan is to use the CLI tool to boot up the replicaset, connect to it, and then offer an interactive shell to talk with it.

It will keep track of which all replicasets it's connected to, but the routing logic is taken care of at the server end, by a MangoTree. MangoTree will eventually route traffic write / read traffic to the right instances.

run mango start replicaset <replicasetname> to spin up the configured replicaset based on a yaml file.
