API: Runnable, consider passing the runtime ticker to process_start #21

It's necessary in anyway that the ticker is instantiated. the current implementation is not very convenient. you need to manage the runtime_guard yourself and take the ticker.
maybe we can shift this into the runtime and provide something like a runtime_ctx.
