Editing Text Fields are not obvious enough

In Add/Edit note page there are multiple text fields that are note shown as a text field and they look like labels.

I have to assert again on generalizing this particular look and feel for text fielids across entire application. Maybe using theme: ThemeData in MaterialApp or making a custom widget and changing all TextFields to this one.
