GPL-3.0 license inconsistent with overall MIT license #83

Reporting that the https://github.com/mrJean1/PyGeodesy/blob/master/pygeodesy/booleans.py file appears to a mix of MIT and GPL-3.0 licensing. This is unusual for an MIT licensed project as the GPL-3.0 license would typically be considered to affect the conditions of all the files that go into the final work.
It's not clear what parts of the file the GPL-3.0 applies to.
Reporting this as typically this would be something you want to call out at the top level of the project, that it is an "MIT AND GPL-3.0" licensed project, or might be something where you want to remove the GPL-3.0 content.
