Why does the ALSA backend request s16 sample format when it could be using floating point samples?

Since tinyaudio uses floating point samples internally, it would make sense to request that from ALSA, if supported. And fall back to s16 if not supported for some reason.

Hi, that's mostly due to historical reasons - most of the code in this crate was written as a part of Fyrox game engine ~6 years ago and it was written to "just work". I agree that using floating point samples directly (when supported) is much better solution.
