[review] Documentation of use cases

Include some simple well explained use cases in the documentation, like in the paper. Note that the paper is separate to the documentation.

I think the CLI interface would particularly benefit, since it is more likely users will be less familiar with Q and the types of simulations which will be run.

Taking some of the examples from the tutorial, and writing out the commands to be run including the expected output would really help me understand what is going on.
