Healpy has function to compute spherical harmonics (SH). From the SH it is possible to compute the Fourier transform along latitude circles. Thus, the library could potentially accept healpix grids with minor modifications.

Even easier is to make use of the fact that grid points will fall in rings of constant latitude.
