User Story: As a walker, I want to see a safety score of my walk so that I know if I can walk or if I should call a friend or rideshare to pick me up.

Feature: Aggregate safety score from 0-10 on the safeness of the route.
Feature: On click of the safety score, a pop-up will show a detailed breakdown of how the score was calculated.

Example: Safety Score 7/10 -> Crime: 8.5/10, Streetlights: 6/10, Construction: 7/10
