consider moving the __dir__.ini file as well when a whole folder is moved #2703
Description
As seen in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2011659#c0 a whole folder was moved to a different location. But the old meta data directory still stays around because of the remaining __dir__.ini file. We probably should detect such a situation and as well move that file if nothing remains.
If only parts of the contained files are moved it might be required to duplicate the file given that it is unknown to which files the issues with eg. leaks actually belongs to.
