UI tweaks for saving projects

Hey @traceypooh, can we tweak the modal that pops up when saving a project?

Main thing: can we make the modal appear immediately and have some kind of indicator, so people aren't confused if the link doesn't pop up immediately? We might be able to use part of @Nolski 's code for #70 for this.

Also: we might want to have some kind of fail state?
