[Bug]: Expose information in devhub about listing content rejected

What happened?

After listing content rejection from Cinder the status in dev hub is displayed but there's no email txt

What did you expect to happen?

display the txt somewhere

We need some product/UX guidance on this. We talked about it in triage and think this is important but we are not sure how and where to display that information. It's not necessarily tied to a version, and all the reviewer-developer correspondance shown in devhub is currently tied to a version.
