[Task]: Add-on review page should link to AMO admin page of the developer profile

Description

I'd like for the add-on review page reviewers/review/<id> to have a link to the AMO admin userprofile page of the developer of that add-on.

This link can be added to the right sidebar "Actions" menu, close to the top of the page.

It it isn't too much different, the developer profile page in reviewer tools should ideally also link to the admin page
/reviewers/developer_profile/<id> Currently the only link on that page is a link to the public add-ons page of the developer which is seldom used (as that's a partial set of add-ons that the reviewer is already seeing on this very page).

Acceptance Criteria

• Add-on review page in reviewer tools links to the developer's userprofile page in AMO admin
• Developer profile page in reviewer tools links to the developer's userprofile page in AMO admin

UI-wise it might be worth spending a minute or to how avoid introducing additional confusion (or going back to the confusing information we had eliminated)

Context:
We used to have such a list in the right-hand sidebar, which showed all developers of an add-on. The horizontal list of users below the page title used to show listed authors only (without indicating so). Since then, we have removed that duplicate, yet seemingly contradicting information and are only showing authors in one place.

Currently the only link on that page is a link to the public add-ons page of the developer which is seldom used

For what it's worth, that page has a link to the admin page, which is why I am using it and how to get to the admin page. So, adding a link to the user admin page from the review page would save two clicks, adding that link on the reviewer tools user page would save one click.
