Lightweight face tracking solution?

tracking.js doesn't seem to track eyes or mouth position so we can't insert goggly eyes or Joker smiles

clmtrackr doesn't seem lightweight :(

I've also tried the basic demo at my laptop and it runs at less than 19 fps :(
