I play blackjack a bit and I found this dashboard super cool, I only have two pieces of feedback:

1. To rookie users it would be awesome if you make the first tab the first one to show up on the landing page, this will improve the usability of the application.
2. Improve usability, it would be good to add an option to un-select all rules at one, instead of unselecting one at a time. As the user is testing different strategies and outcomes. Also it's good if you can add the units everywhere
