PolyASite v3.0

Hi, I've been trying to use the new version of PolyASite using qapa build but it fails. I know it is related to differences in the file formats between the versions, but I am struggling to find which column(s) are the ones responsable for it. By any chance do you know how to make it work? Thanks

Hi, sorry I don't know what is in v3.0. You will probably have to make adjustments to this part of the code: https://github.com/morrislab/qapa/blob/main/qapa/annotate.py#L142. If you can get it to work and think it will be useful to others, feel free to submit a pull request.
