Get some advice on what it's like to be new to open source

In index.html, you can see the line: "A staffer provided advice on starting out in open source."

Your task is to take that line and replace it with a brief (1-4 sentence) paragraph about one staffer at the event who has some advice for you. It could be the person leading your little group, or it could be someone else in the room.

Then submit that change as a pull request!
