Create React Component for Collapsible "Solution" Section

Create React component which can hide a "solution" section (until a student or instructor clicks on the section). This component should be able to "wrap" markdown with the solution and will allow these to be kept in the curriculum but not the first thing visible when reviewing exercises or a plan.
