This repo is used to house the R package NHPPspline and for version control of that package.
The NHPPspline package has three functions
splFit - which give arrival observations from a NHPP fits a spline-based intensity function
splArrs - which generates days of arrivals from a NHPP with a spline-based intensity function
spl - which returns the value of the spline-based intensity function for a given time, t
