This is when we are happy that zar is usable as an end-user program in some form, but still likely to be very buggy. Not necessarily feature-complete, but at least able to be presentable in terms of which features aren't implemented. Making zar usable as a library comes later. This will be the first version we have as a released executable in GitHub pages. From this point onwards - committing directly to master will be discouraged and pull requests will be preferred.
