ARM64 support

I'd love to see this extended to MacOS - ARM64 systems.

I saw that Wine 10.12 now includes ARM64 builds. Hoping that helps make this a simpler task!

I think that I can provide this now since I got a cross compiler working on my Linux box. But I have limited capability of testing (I got to steal some time on my wife's MacBook). Apparently modern (non-Intel) Macs come in different varieties. Please do a "uname -a" from your Mac's terminal and share that with me. That way I'll be sure to compile for the right type of machine.

Look in the dist/macos-arm64 directory for unifuzz.dylib This has been tested on a MacBook.
If satisfactory, please close this issue.
