Fails for JSON-based API's

I'd love to use Dupe against JSON API's. It looks like the intercept mocks match for urls ending in ".xml" explicitly. I don't know what else is involved.

ARes in Rails 3.1, seems to default to JSON also.

I'd really love it to; it's been listed at the bottom of the README as a TODO for about 2 years :/ don't have the bandwidth to work on it at the moment, but I would live a pull request. Tons of people over the last two years have wanted this feature, but nobody has ever submitted a patch.
