Add Max-Retry Setting

When the credentials on the Mooltipass don't match the ones used for the website (changed them and not updated for example), the extension will infinitely retry to fill the same password over and over.

It should recognize that the login is not working and stop filling credentials, cause otherwise the user might get caught into anti brute-force measures.
