1.12.2 Webdisplays FIX!! (22/03/2025)

I don't usually do this but after 2 Days of frustration, with this beloved mod 'Webdisplays' I've managed to come across a combination of MCEF and the Version of Webdisplays that play nice with eachother. Download this at your own risk as I understand this version is not supported but there are so many good mods on 1.12.2 that haven't been ported to the newer versions of minecraft just yet.

That is one of the good alternative solution. But according to this video "http://youtube.com/watch?v=YeW8cPK89og" it's much easier.

First go to config folder.

Open mcef.cfg file.

Then change this line S:forcedMirror= to S:forcedMirror=https://montoyo.net/jcef under main section.

Then save the file and start the game. It'll automatically download the necessary files.

Now you can enjoy latest version of Web Display and MCEF mod on older minecraft version. Or maybe new idk I'm on version 1.12.2.
