Is collections.js dead?

Is collections.js dead? There seems to be no maintenance and the last commit was over 3 years ago. Anyone knows what is the plan for this project? The developer site seems to be down as well.

Some basic things just have a tendency to get "good enough" for its author. A few years later it might just get forgotten.
