Table of Contents links in docs PDF are off by 2 pages

Click a heading in the table of contents at https://monome.org/docs/teletype/manual.pdf; you will be directed to two pages before the clicked section.

IIRC this is an old/known issue, something about the two-step TeX build process not taking into account the final rendered size of the front matter?
