~/norns-image contains local changes in 220306 release image

it appears as if the ~we/norns-image directory included in the 220306 release image is cloned from a personal fork and not https://github.com/monome/norns-image.git

additionally there are local (uncommitted) changes to setup.sh which may or may not be included in this repo.

will check this and confirm parity, thank you for spotting. fwiw i meant to remove the norns-image folder from the image prior to release (but failed to remember)
