attempting to install results in error: No module named 'utils.utils'; 'utils' is not a package

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior.

• download latest version of nmsdk (0.9.27)
• download blender 4.5.2
• attempt to install
• No module named 'utils.utils'; 'utils' is not a package
